  • How do Cash Rewards work?

    Buy what you want with your ONE card from a participating merchant, and your cash back, if applicable, will automatically be applied to your Savings once your transaction is completed.1

  • How do I sign up?

    You don’t need to! Once you have an approved ONE account, no additional steps are required. Anytime your purchase qualifes for an offer at a participating merchant, you will automatically earn cash back into your Savings.1

    Once your purchase is complete, the cash back you earned will go to your Savings. To see how much you have earned in total, track your progress in One-ups.

  • The ONE Cash Rewards Program (“Program”) allows you to receive cash back, provided in the form of deposits to your ONE Account (“Cash Rewards”), through the offers made available via the Program (each an “Offer”). Each Offer is subject to these ONE Cash Rewards Program Terms (“Terms”) and the offering merchant’s terms and conditions, and may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice to you. By accessing or otherwise using the services made available by ONE Finance, Inc. you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    The Program is available to all ONE Account holders who have a Savings Pocket and ONE Debit Card (virtual or physical card). Enrollment is not required to participate. Cash Rewards may be earned on purchases made within the United States only. You will automatically earn Cash Rewards when you make qualifying purchases, as described in an Offer, directly with participating merchants using your ONE Debit Card, provided that any transaction that debits a Savings Pocket will not be eligible for Cash Rewards. If you purchase a ONE Retail Card at a Walmart store, you must complete the account opening process described in the ONE Deposit Account Agreement in order to open your ONE Account and participate in the Program. If you have a limited-use product only you are not eligible to participate in the Program.

    Any Cash Reward earned through the Program will be deposited into the Savings Pocket of your ONE Account within ten days of the settlement of the qualifying purchase. If an Offer made available through the Program is only applicable to a single purchase (e.g. “earn X% cash back on your first purchase”) and your purchase is processed in separate transactions, you may only earn a Cash Reward on the first transaction processed by the merchant. You may not receive a Cash Reward for a particular purchase if we receive inaccurate information or otherwise are unable to confirm that your purchase qualifies for an Offer.

    If you dispute, return, or charge back a purchase that had resulted in your receipt of Cash Rewards, then we reserve the right to recover the Cash Rewards that were given to you in connection with that purchase. We will recover deposited funds from the Saving Pocket in which we initially placed it, but if you have insufficient funds in the Savings Pocket to cover the recovery, then we may seek to recover those funds from your other Pockets.

    ONE reserves the right to revoke or modify the Program at any time, with or without notice to you. If it is determined that you have engaged in or plan to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with the Program, you will be prohibited from further participation in the Program and forfeit any Cash Rewards that you have earned but have not yet been distributed to you.
